Return Policy

At Joners Road Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read our return policy below for details on how to return your items.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product is in its original, unused condition.
  • The product packaging is intact and undamaged.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: We do not accept returns on opened or used makeup products for health and safety reasons.


2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@jonersroadbeauty.com or call +1 (217) 643-9270 within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and details of the product(s) you wish to return.
  3. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number.
  4. Pack the items securely and include the RA number along with the original packing slip.
  5. Ship the items to the following address:

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.


3. Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange. If your return meets the eligibility requirements, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Refunds: We will refund the purchase price of the returned item(s). Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the new item(s) to you as soon as we receive the returned product. You may be required to pay the difference if the new item is of higher value.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@jonersroadbeauty.com. We will cover the return shipping costs and offer a full refund or exchange, depending on your preference.


5. Non-returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used makeup products
  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased from a third-party retailer (if applicable)
